How much is enough?

Santos houseAt SOR Mission we are concerned about helping connect the human need we see with God’s unlimited resources. One factor that we often come face to face with is the desire of many North American Christians who think that God’s blessing gives them the right to live an opulent lifestyle; even going as far as thinking the gospel is silent concerning them living in unimaginable wealth, using it as a sign of God’s blessings.
Our mission is somewhat different. We believe that we are called to live simple and humble Almighty $ dominateslives sharing what we have with the needy of this world so all together we can make it through this life to a life eternal which is our goal as a Christian. We are having a joyful time sharing with God’s people in need. Join us for this exciting adventure.
The Apostle Paul tells us that godliness with contentment is great wealth. 1 Timothy 6:6-10, and with it, it brings great joy and satisfaction. Read the post concerning this at Today on this page.

Yes, we are called to help those who are unfortunate to give them hope! People that are believers need to see that we are the true light that points them to the Light, Jesus Christ. Taking on the mind of Christ we should look at people all together differently…
